She-cat ~ 8 Moons ~ Apprentice

~Appearance~
Featherkit is a light-gray long-haired cat with little white wisps of fur all over her body. Her fur looks like little feathers. She has white neck fur and underbelly and under her chin. Her legs also have little white wisps on them. Her eyes are light blue with specks of darker blue. She has a light pink nose and pink paw pads. She is constantly needing to groom little twigs and things out of her fur as her fur catches things easily because of how long it is.

~Personality~
Featherpaw is reserved. She likes to meet new cats, but she doesn't trust them easily. She also has a hard time expressing her feelings. Because she was an abandoned kitty-pet found and brought to the clan as a young kit, many of the apprentices make fun of her and so she doesn't have very many friends. This has caused her to have a very active imagination, and she makes up stories all the time to tell to the kits. She is very good with kits as they like her stories and long, soft fur, and so most of her apprentice duties have her working in the nursery.

~History~
When Featherpaw was young, she was separated from her mother and siblings and sent to live with a twoleg. She wanted to find her mother and siblings and so, at three moons old, she snuck out of her twoleg den and went to find her mother. She ended up very lost and in the woods, where she found some other cats. The looked scary to her and so she ran away from them, trying to find her way back home. She only got more lost and somehow ended up on DuskClan territory. A patrol found her, saw she was scarred, dirty, hungry, and lost, and took pity on her. They brought her back to camp and gave her to one of the queens to take care of her. Unfortunatly, she didn't click with any of the queen's kits, and so she continued to feel like an outcast. In fact, her den mates would make fun of her, calling her a kitty pet, until one day, she snuck out of camp to try and prove herself. She was 5 moons old. She was trying to find some prey when a giant rabbit, almost as big as she, nearly ran over her. Scarred, she jumped on top of it, digging her little claws into it's back and biting down on it's neck. It went limp after a lot of thrashing about and she dragged her catch back to camp. Her foster mother ran up to her demanding where she was. "I was out hunting" She bragged, showing the giant rabbit to her mother. Shocked, proud, and worried. She praised and scolded her foster daughter at the same time. She had told the story to her siblings and they had been so astonished that they never teased her about being a kitty pet again, but she was still different from them, and they never truly accepted their strange new sister. When she turned 6 moons old, she was made an apprentice. Her mentor, Grassflight, was the first cat, to truly accept her into their life, so Featherpaw and her mentor have a very close bond.

Note: Featherpaw knows nothing of her family. I do not plan for her to ever meet them or have anything to do with them. They are not going to be made. If you like the name you can make a cat not realted o Featherpaw with the same name. I REALLY do not want these kitties to be made because Featherpaw has nothing to do with them and is a Warrior now, not a kitty-pet. Thank you.
