HIGH RANK RULES

High ranks are a big part of AE. If we have interesting, active high ranks, the roleplay will do well. If we have bland, inactive high ranks, the roleplay won't do well. High ranks need to be active, and it is required that they post once a week or more, unless you have told an admin that you will be absent for a certain amount of time, in which that case the ranks can be powerplayed. Members can have up to four high ranks per Sanctuary, patients and workers combined.

It is encouraged that the high ranks are different, such as owning a Dangerous Seven in Sanctuary 001 and a Fugitive at Sanctuary 097. It is also recommended that you create a mini-plot for any high rank you own to drive the roleplay more. In fact, any character should have their own mini-plot. Employees should be 25 years and older, and patients 10-23 years.

If you'd like to apply for an open high rank, you must private message [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on which position you'd like to take, and she will decide if you are experienced enough. If you are approved, you may post the audition in the regular forum. Only admins can accept high ranks!

If you reserve a high rank, it will be kept in the side bar for three weeks. If you have still not made your audition after that time, then the reservation will be removed and opened up for someone else to take. Do not whine if you are not accepted for the position, and be a good sport to others! We will give you a reasonable explanation if you are declined the rank.
