accessories/scars. Meredith has a scar running along under her right eye, although covers it up with makeup most of the time when she's out on her job. She wears no accessories!

appearance. Meredith is tall, agile, lean-muscled and pale-skinned. She has an oval-shaped face with tired looking eyes that she often layers with smoky eye makeup to cover that factor up. Her eye color is a striking crystal blue with choppy bangs resting over top them. Meredith has natural blonde hair, but often dyes, and styles it as a platinum blonde wavy bob. She has a small slightly upturned nose, and puckered lips.

personality. Meredith is a dedicated president of sanctuary 097. She fully believes that the patients are of use to the military, although lacks quite a bit of compassion for them; often seeing them as only weapons of war. Gould as much as she is deprived of any sliver of sheer kindness, is also the same with her patience. If a patient gets on her nerves, or even a worker, she won't back down easily. Snappy, cold-hearted and arrogant, Meredith has a list of reasons the patients may hate her. However, she's earned her place and respect from some due to her leadership qualities and sharp wit. A bit on the manipulative side, Meredith also motivates the patients in a way to grow as soldiers; some only break down while others bathe in the feeling of using their powers so tremendously.

short history. Meredith came from a militaristic background, and had made her way up the ranks back ever since she joined the army after college. However, it seems as if war abroad had gotten the better of her, causing her morals to drop to pretty low states. Due to her high rank and connections, she joined the original white house sanctuary 001 as a head guard. Once sanctuaries were planned to be built elsewhere, Meredith had the long-lasting idea in the back of her head spark to life. She convinced the government, with the help of a few other authorities in on the idea, to use the patients for military uses. So, sanctuary 097 became the experiment to see how that would turn out, with Meredith elected as the president of it. Now she runs as an overbearing dictator, reveling in the idea of using supernatural powers for war.
