Berrypaw's lovely tabby swirls and gorgeous dusky amber eyes make her a very nice feline to look at. She is slender and fast, and taller than most apprentices, with large paws dipped in rich brown. An alabaster base coat is enhanced with swirls of chocolate. It would take hours to describe each of her markings, especially the twists and turns on the back of her head. Above those beautiful eyes are medium sized ears, feathery and soft.
Quiet and unresponsive at birth and now, Berrypaw's looks are what draws people in, but once they approach her, they regret it. She terrified her mother and father when her heart had stopped for three minutes after she was born. So, before their death, her parents were extremely overprotective, following everywhere she went. Currently, Berrypaw is healthy at twelve, almost thirteen moons. She is conserved and moody, very tough to have a decent conversation with. Despite this, she is not afraid to voice her opinion, which is not always that popular. She is mistaken for being shy along with quiet. She strongly backs up her points and will always stand up to an opponent. Her quietness is simply her deciding that words are not always needed. She is a strict follower of rules, and makes sure to enforce them onto other people as well.

History

Berrypaw was born with many cats surrounding her. She was the first born of her siblings, but many of the other kits and younger apprentices were sitting around her mother, waiting for a new friend to come out. When her father cradled her and licked her fur down the other way, out came Shrewkit. One of the oldest senior warriors handled her. As Milkkit came out, she was limp. She wasn't like Berrykit and Shrewkit, trying to squirm out of their families grips to get their mothers milk. She lay dangling in the medicine cats jaws. Due to a malfunction at birth, she quickly died short after. Another shock to the parents occurred, definitely scarring them. When Creekcloud nestled Berrykit into Vixenflame's stomach, she did not move. Her heart had stopped. Vixenflame was sobbing her eyes out, but three minutes later, Berrykit woke and acted normal. It was a rare event, the medicine keeper told her, but she would be fine. The sisters never worried about Milkkit's death, because for all they knew, she had got an infection from a rat bite and passed away. As they grew older, they started to separate. They used to play, day and night, and sleep together, but Shrewkit decided to move her nest closer to her friends and they would chat almost all night, while Berrykit moved into the deepest part of the cornered nursery next to her mother with a leaf and a beech wood branch to comfort her when her mother wasn't there. She would pretend the stick was a sword or wand, and then she would throw the leaf up and watch it fly through the air as she mimicked the wand having magical powers of floating it. When she and her sister had their apprentice ceremony, Shrewpaw was excited, but Berrypaw was disappointed. She wanted to sleep by her mother forever. But, as Shrewpaw grew more closer to her sister again, she said that they would be joining her and their father in the warriors den sooner or later. During the night when she would wake up from a bad dream, she would play with the beech wood stick and leaf, grabbing another branch from outside and connecting it. Her nightmares soon came true. Her mother, who was out on a hunt by herself, found a kit lying in a small hollow outside the Bamboo Jungle. She took her in as her own, which made Creekcloud go mad. She named her Squirrelkit, but once the medicine cat found out her specific age, Squirrelkit was apprenticed immediately and pronounced Squirrelpaw. The next day, her mother, out on a border patrol, was killed by an vicious CloudClan warrior in a skirmish. Berrypaw was devastated. Shrewpaw was there to comfort her all day and all night, but her father didn't care. He slept peacefully without his mate wailing in his ear all night, he claimed. Shrewpaw and Berrypaw eventually grew mad at their father, and CloudClan. They hope that when they become warriors they'll be able to slit their throats out in a battle.
