appearance. emilia has a very pretty and long-legged figure, fit for modeling. her pale skin stands out amongst her pitch black hair that flows down to her chest, and deep navy blue eyes. she has two small birthmarks underneath her eyes that look like mascara after crying. her lips are a dull peach color, and her fingernails are a platinum white.
accessories and scars. emilia has burn marks on both of her upper arms from training with her pyrotechnics, as well as a small scar underneath her right earlobe. sometimes she wears a purple headband that she was found with when she was left at the sanctuary.

personality. emilia is very confident and has lots of ambitions. she always wanted to be president one day and lead the country to destiny and bask in the glory. she'll never back down to a challenge, and always takes the hard way through because of her confidence, more like cockiness. she is very intelligent and quite frankly proves people wrong with all the facts she knows and all the made-up strategies that her and her friends can use to simply mess around with others. she is very charismatic and charming; a great leading quality which is why she usually pushes to the front of all her friends. she can be rather a bit too proud and fierce, but she is very witty and flirtatious. she can really win over anyone, but she is never looking for a relationship, simply to have fun. emilia is often very suspicious of the criminals on level four, and the result of not trusting anyone is also the result of being very dishonest herself. emilia is and always has been religionless, like her father figure, and doesn't believe in the prayers that some other patients say before their shots and such. she gets irritated easily and acts on it in mostly physical ways.

powers.
pyrotechnics. emilia has the power to generate multi colored fireworks and other small explosives. she can do many things with this power since her father figure trained her long before she was admitted to the sanctuary. she can shoot colored or black and white fireworks out of her hands. they are usually quiet, but if she uses them as distractions or as weapons against opponents, she can make them loud and sudden. she can also use them as sort of grenades to disarm targets, and she could use them to attract certain animals or even people towards her.
thermokinesis. emilia can shape and manipulate the temperature surrounding her. this power is limited to existing sources of temperature around her, so if she's in a colder environment she can shape the kinetic energy and have blue fire-like substances at her disposal, and red fire-like substances when she is in a hotter environment. she can also manipulate her own body temperature, so in extreme situations where she doesn't want somebody handling her, she can make herself subzero or scorching to the touch.
infrared perception. emilia can perceive heat signatures for tracking purposes through a sort of gps embedded in her mind. she has to have seen the places she is tracking at least once, and if the target is near a large heat source, it can blind her temporarily.

past. emilia was born to two ill-prepared parents on the outskirts of town near the great falls. her mother, diana, left her in a small cabin with her father. emilia never saw her again, and she doesn't really have any questions about her since they never even met. she was raised by an older man who refused to be called father, simply bartholomew. he taught emilia everything she knows today, and her fighting skills are also derived from bart's own nature of teaching. he fended off emilia from scientists that worked in the sanctuary, which emilia didn't know why until she was twelve years old. she was walking with bart to the nearest marketplace for a new food stock when she wandered off to follow a distinct heat that she felt deep within her core. bart hadn't noticed until her scream, and he came rushing. she claimed that she felt like she was burning on the inside, and bart seemed less shocked than he should have. he quickly took her back to their cabin and they barricaded themselves even further. until her fifteenth birthday was bart training her to use these new powers that she had obtained. then, when he felt she was ready, he led her to the waterfall and left her there. she was quite confused until men in white suits took her through the plummeting water and she was locked up. from the betrayal she felt from her father is how she gained most of her snappy personality traits, and she established sort of a heartthrob role in the sanctuary along with some other patients she befriended. she made sure she was the leader of the group, and now they go around messing with people, mostly with their flirting.
