Sanctuary 097 Entrance is very similar to that of 038's, in which magnetic hover tracks have been set up to take visitors into the building that then juts out of the mountainside across from the rocky entrance. You need a special ID card to call the hover outside, but the only guards are found on the other side of the tunnel. The hover can be stopped anytime to examine the electronic blueprints lining the walls inside the mountains. The Sanctuary itself does not have an invisible force field like 001's, which may cause caution to some workers, but it is a completely secluded area around them, and even though some people may ignore the government property signs, they wouldn't think to enter the small tunnel on the underside of a crag.
