Sanctuary 097 Cage

Sanctuary 097 Cage is where patients are taken when they break the patient policy, located in the basement of the Sanctuary. It is a large, black metal cage with extremely thin lines of bars that can barely fit a fingernail in between. They are separated after about the length of a dog's cage, so the patients aren't together to hurt themselves. A huge padlock on the door can only be opened with specific ID cards of employees, and a switch on the wall is turned on at all times that weakens patients powers by a large amount so they don't try to escape. Vents line each corner of the ceiling and pump relaxants into the air so the patients can stay calm, and an automatic door system leads to the storage areas of the basement, as well as the secret military training area.

Cindy sat in her cage, back against the door, a notepad on her lap and a pencil in her grip. She'd been in here all night, probably, and she'd lost track of time. Her mind had clicked into 'focus' mode as soon as she got in, and she'd been drawing and writing all night. She'd got into the Cage on purpose, of course, she needed a little her time. Without the noise of the other patients chatting like animals, or the guards stomping around like aggressive elephants. Honestly, it was far too easy to get sent here. She only had to disintegrate a gun, set off some smoke and make a few teenagers fight each other. Combining her sins was working better than she expected. She finally finished, leaning her head back and taking a deep breath.
