personality. dalia is rather bossy, and stubborn. she doesn't like it when things don't go her way, and will often to cause her to be snappy and irritated if things aren't perfect according to her viewpoint. she can get cocky sometimes when this happens, but she isn't too mean about it. dalia is very motherly to her friends and often tries to put things in order when she's only trying to be helpful and protective. 

> positive - power negation, the ability to cancel out other's powers. she has to do this by touching them though, so it's pretty hard to use unless she's up close and they are not moving. usually, the power will cancel out shorter if it's quick touch, while longer touches cancel the powers out longer. she has the capability to permanently cancel out someone's power but has not been able to do it yet. the sanctuary is currently testing this and trying to get her to have better concentration and peace when in fighting. this is because when canceling out powers longer, it needs lots of concentration and her mind to cleared. if it isn't, she could end up canceling out hers too or taking it away, although that depends. she can keep people still to cancel their powers by manipulating their blood, but since that gives her trouble breathing, it'll be harder to focus. 

> elemental - hydrokinesis, the power to manipulate water. however, to do so, she needs a source of water since she cannot create it out of thin air. however, any source of water works, meaning blood, sweat, and if there's any humidity in the air can help. 

> negative - hemomancy, the power to manipulate blood. she usually is able to manipulate blood in her own body, and other people's. using it for combat doesn't really work, but she by manipulating another's blood she can control their body and cause extreme damage. while using this, she needs to concentrate severely, so that causes her to become very vulnerable to attacks. it may cause her to have trouble breathing as well and panic. 

illnesses.  ocd, often will become very irritated to the point it affects her mental state or health if things are not going perfectly or are out of order/place 

history. dalia used to live in alaska before being taken to the sanctuary. her parents both were great people, until the day her mother left the family. she had three younger siblings and took upon the role of caring for them in place of her mother. her father was absent because of his business job. this caused dalia to become a perfectionist, wanting everything to be perfect because she didn't want to fail everyone as her mother had. she put all the pressure and weight on her own shoulders. she often attended martial arts classes as well, having an interest in fighting and wanting to have it for defense. one day, when she was out in the woods, she saw a bear quite far from her. still scared, she ran off not looking where she was going and fell down a cliff. luckily, a large amount of snow was at the bottom which broke her fall. the snow was covered with a strange liquid; some liquid from the radiation that had been transported there and dumped without care that some people lived there nearby. dalia was son found by her town's police and brought back. everything was fine and back to normal for a while, but then she discovered her ability to manipulate water in another unlucky event. she had been dared to go on the ice by some school friends and had fallen in. struggling with panic, she began unknowingly controlling the water to propel her upward as she had only one thought on her mind, to survive and move away from the water. her friends thought she was gone, and most were crying until she burst out of the hole in the ice. their moods changed quickly and began to be terrified of her. dalia's so-called friends ran away from her, calling her  freak. word spread through the town and on news that she controlled water. no one really believed it, but someone from the sanctuary found out online and soon enough dalia was taken from her home one day.

- also practices breathing, meditating and yoga a lot to try and be calmer despite her personality traits
