appearance. andie has a prosthetic left arm and right leg. she has dark, shiny blonde hair that reaches to her shoulders and pale porcelain skin. almost her entire body is angular with defined cheekbones, a sharp jawline, and long, gracious legs. she is overall in extremely good shape. her eyes are big and deer-like, a kaleidoscope of golds and blues that hold her scanner vision. however, when she uses any of her powers, her eyes glow a much sharper and brighter blue.
accessories and scars. andie wears no jewelry, but has a long scar down the side of her face that is much more noticeable when she uses her powers.

personality. andie can be unnervingly warm and spirited for a common mercenary. she is the kind of person who might start singing in the worst situations. she is overall quite strange. it's mostly a way of coping with the state of her life - the way she ended up in the sanctuary was very rough, something that she doesn't like to talk about much. on the flipside, she is extremely protective and vigilant, and doesn't allow her own antics to distract herself. she isn't foolishly friendly, but will instead stand up for herself and snap back quite aggressively if you push the wrong buttons. her friends mean a lot to her, and a majority of her protectiveness is aimed towards them.

powers.
scanner vision. andie can perform complex visual scans of the environment and people around her to detect presences or determine intimate properties. she can also diagnose conditions and identify inconsistencies and errors. when she detects that someone may be lying to her, an orange light blinks in the corner of her vision. she can do many things with this, basic things like immediately identifying someone by name before she even speaks to them, check vital signs, analyze DNA, and more.
photokinesis. andie can create, shape, and manipulate light with her hands. anytime she produces beams of light or takes control of existing light sources, the light and her eyes turn a piercing blue color. this is an indication that she is controlling it, which isn't always the best thing. she can bend the particles of light to make it bigger or smaller very easily, but when she tries to make it explode or throw her beams it takes more effort.
power replication. andie can mimic and replicate the powers of other people by touching them. however, she cannot totally steal them, so her opponent would still have the powers. there is also a time limit of about five minutes to hold the powers before an overload begins and affects her physical body immensely.
