appearance. harper is of fair complexity, with long dirty blonde hair and thick, dark eyebrows. she has a rounded face and large features, a bulbous nose and full lips. she has dark green eyes and is of average height, standing at about five feet five inches. however, she is fairly thin, weighing around one hundred and nine pounds.
accessories and scars. harper often wears studded diamond earrings that her father gave her when she was younger, and a dark blue clasp bracelet. she has a few scars on her legs, the most prominent being a large scab on her left knee from falling on gravel as a child.

personality. harper strives to know more about the world, which leads to her spending lots of time in the library, but also trying to convince mariya to explore all the different rooms of the sanctuary to the last square inch. this has, of course, gotten her in trouble various times, but it doesn't bother her. once her punishment is lifted, she goes straight to the next thing she can do. it's a cycle, really, but she thinks that if she hasn't gotten hurt yet, she never can. she has a wild imagination, and will often make up any game she can think of, whether it be pretending to be a superhero or just playing catch. harper can make anything fun, and her sociable and friendly nature often targets other patients to join her, too. she is overall very childish and impulsive, just a fuse waiting to be lit. she never thinks before she speaks, and her dramatic reactions to things makes her all the more unpredictable.

powers.
trypokinesis. harper can create, shape, and manipulate holes, as well as the space in between them and thus being able to make tunnels.
frigokinesis. harper can create, shape, and manipulate snow. this also includes, hail and ice. with this she can create avalanches and blizzards, as well as large clouds that can produce snow or hail. she can also melt snow into water, but it's not very drinkable.
shapeshifting. harper can transform and reshape her body. this includes changes her hair color, eye color, body structure, voice, and more. she can do practically anything to her human body, but she cannot turn into animals or other species. she can only stay in her transformed body for a maximum of ten minutes, but just after five minutes parts of her body will start to switch back slowly.
