appearance. theo is pale, with longer blonde hair and thick dark eyebrows. he has sharp features and big blue eyes. he is quite tall, standing at about five feet ten inches, and is rather skinny, weighing at around one hundred and twenty two pounds.
accessories and scars. theo has a defining scar on his ribcage. he doesn't care for accessories, and most days just wears sweatpants and one of his many, many flannels.

personality. theo is the life of the party - he's never been someone who just sits around and waits for things to happen. he is firey, reckless, and destructive, yet still warm and forgiving. it's no secret that he holds a great love for his friends, and will always strive to keep everyone laughing. he would literally look god in the eye and yell about how much he loves his friends. theo tries to be friendly to everyone, so much that he can't really determine whether someone is flirting with him, or if someone thinks that he's flirting with them. he puts 110% into everything and would lay his life down to fix everyone's lives and set them all free. the only people he doesn't care about are the guards and other workers of the sanctuary. he blames them for everything, for killing his family and trapping him. he has a passionate hatred for everyone in the sanctuary and is not afraid to show it - he doesn't seem to care about them even when he "accidentally" hurts them or steals something they love.

powers.
pyroportation. theo can teleport via his solar flares, merging into them and appearing elsewhere by stepping through them like doors. he can't travel farther than the sanctuary's limits, but has practiced quite a bit with getting in and out of rooms. he often uses this to teleport to his friends rooms after hours.
heliokinesis. theo can create, shape, and manipulate all aspects of the sun and sunlight. this includes manipulating heat, luminosity, nuclear energy, etc. he can also shoot solar flares and beams of sunlight from his hands, and he can control how damaging or bright he wants them to be. he can also promote plant growth with his sunlight, as well as increase or decrease UV levels.
phoenix physiology. theo can, with enough physical and mental preparation and focus, transform into a phoenix and utilize the abilities of one. this includes manipulating fire and sand, as well as having healing tears. however, he often doesn't have too much control in this state, and could end up burning things he didn't mean to. and even if he is able to gain more control, it takes even more mental strain to switch back to human, so if he's tired he might have to sleep in his phoenix form to regain strength.
