The outside of the Rebels' Base is very high tech, between two mountains. Directly underneath it is a large lake, stretching between the shadows under the base and the sun, where mermaids and sirens and other water creatures can relax and recharge. There is a lift in the smaller of the mountains that goes all the way up to the base and is opened by an id scanner, the user having to place their hand on the scanner so they can go up. In emergency situations, the base can be camouflaged with invisibility panels so it cannot be seen.
