appearance. riley is a pale-skinned girl with long, curly red hair. she has hazel eyes with tints of green. her lips are thin and pale, and her eyebrows are nearly nonexistent.
accessories and scars. riley has a deep cut on her cheek. if she decides to go to rooms with electronics during roaming hours, the guards forcefully connect power maintaining steel wires to her head so she doesn't destroy the electronics.

personality. riley's mentality is initially of that of a child's; she is driven by impulse, desperation and absolute devotion. she has never stood tall by herself. she has always worked willingly for others due to the need to please others. she first comes off as timid, and somewhat sycophant. but, she is ambitious and cunning. among the more darker parts of riley's personality is she has a tendency for violence. she is more than willing to kill if necessary. she speaks with a constant smile, often talking fast and shaky, with variant levels of flattery to whom she speaks to. despite all this, she has a softer side and a degree of humanity when it comes to people she cares about.

powers.
extrasensory perception. riley can gain information through the mind rather than through the physical senses. via this power, she also has remote viewing, which is a void of her mind where she can seek out targets and communicate with them. it is powerful enough to find targets over vast distances, even as far as other dimensions. when she uses this power she almost always has a nosebleed after she returns from her void.
atmokinesis. riley can sense, create, shape, and manipulate weather, like the meteorological patterns, creating rain, wind, and snow, and changing the temperature (she is mostly skilled with lightning). she has limited control over the weather she creates, which means it will usually take its own course after a few minutes. she still needs to practice her precision and how large she can create storms.
cyberkinesis. riley can create, shape, and manipulate technology. she has a special form of morphing that allows her physical interaction with machines, as well as physic abilities that give her mental interface with computer data. unfortunately she can only manipulate a piece of technology that is working and from the current century; anything broken or older is extremely hard to control and gives her massive headaches.
illnesses. tourettes syndrome

past. riley was born to a rich, heavily italian family, born with mild tourettes syndrome. she was always being taken along on family trips and all sorts of fun traditional stuff from a young age. once she got into school, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. it only got worse as she grew up. she had a lot of incidents at school with both of her illnesses, and in fourth grade her parents decided to home school her. she was fine with everything about her life, but her actions were going on sort of a downward spiral. it seemed as she grew older, the more and more she acted childlike and impulsive. eventually, her mom, also her teacher, couldn't take it, and enrolled her in an online program instead. one day riley was hanging out with her older sister, rachel, and she very impulsively felt the need to go outside while a thunderstorm was rolling in. rachel of course didn't care-she never really cared for riley, anyway. rachel stood in the doorway watching, and riley didn't notice. she just ran towards a pretty tree and hugged it, and she got struck by lightning.  rachel immediately brought her back inside, and her parents drove her to the hospital. she didn't feel anything, except for the strange and distant buzzing in her hands. when the doctor tried to patch her to an iv, she freaked out and lightning shot out of her finger uncontrollably, burning the entire left wall of her room. she didn't discover her other powers until arriving at the sanctuary, where she felt strangely at peace. she eventually got tired of staying inside all day, and starting messing around and in general being a demon to the workers. she made some friends, most of whom were older than her, and they now terrorize the workers because, well, why not?
