appearance:

cole is 5"9 and has an athletic lean to his body. he has chocolaty brown skin, black hair that's short and square and buzzed down on its sides, and icy light-blue-almost-white eyes. his jawline is sharp but not defined, as he still has some baby-fat clinging to his cheeks. he wears a loose-fitting dark blue and yellow striped hoodie and grey skinny jeans with black ankle boots.

accessories:

cole has a small scar on the left side of his lip and left nostril from broken glass. he has a chain earring, that goes from the top of his helix to the bottom of his lobe. he has a similar chain on the belt loop of his jeans. other accessories such as his goggles (for his powers) and his gloves are also hanging off the loops, as well as a plethora of keychain charms.

personality:

cole is a very... flashy person naturally. he doesn't mind giving his life for his siblings, almost too willingly. he's very adaptable and resourceful, and if its one of his good days he might be able to flip a situation in his favor. however caring he is, though, there's no way around the amount of arrogance he has for himself. in an argument, he always has to be right or he'll be angry and emotionally-distant. he's slightly sadistic and loves scaring people, and also loves flashing lights.

element (powers):

stormy weather manipulation: he can create and manipulate black and yellow lightning (blue and white during thunderstorms), and his limbs can disperse into dark grey clouds. his maximum voltage is 10,000 amps during a thunderstorm, and 5,000 when the weather is clear. even though his powers are stronger during thunderstorms, though, if he gets wet (hands or head) he cannot disperse into clouds or conduct lightning at all. cole's skin is also laced with electricity. water gives him very mild shocks, but strong enough to make his muscles ache and burn. this is why he tries not taking too many showers if he can help it.

positive: cole can camouflage into his environment. this power has limitations, though, as you can still feel, hear, and smell him. he also casts a shadow and can only camouflage when he is standing still.

positive 2: cole has thermal resistance and can survive in extremely cold temperatures without getting hypothermia. however, he is super susceptible to hot temperatures and can get overheated very easily (he always feels another 10 degrees [c] hotter than us)

negative: the ability to shock whatever he touches. depending on his mood, whatever he touches with his skin gets a shock ranging from 5 milliamps (mild shock) to 150 milliamps (severe pain, muscle contractions, the individual cannot let go)

negative 2: instead of breathing out carbon dioxide, he exhales carbon monoxide. CO is a flammable gas that can be dangerous when inhaled, so cole tries not to breathe in anyone's face.

illnesses:

cole is actually pretty stable, other than his mild anxiety and small depressive episodes. he has only been suicidal once.
