Hisato Matsushima

rank. level 2 age. seventeen gender. male

accessories/scars. hisato has two pretty basic silver round earrings for his accessories. he has several small and electrical shaped faint scars on his hands.

appearance. hisato is tall, lean muscled, and has pale skin. his hair is silky, black and straight with an undercut. he has thick,average lengthed eyebrows, thin, but wide lips, and a thin wide nose. his eyes are sharp, narrow, and a dark chocolate color.

personality. hisato is usually a pretty optimistic guy, and open-minded. however, this doesn't mean he's oblivious and gullible. he's playful and usually loves to joke around with people, although in a non-hurtful way. (cough, toni.) due to his ADHD, he has trouble concentrating on things. he can also struggle with staying calm, and patient at times when those traits are needed. hisato is still respectful and tries his best to understand others, even though his mental illness causes him to focus on himself rather than them at times. he can be a bit fidgety and jumpy sometimes because of his need to move, or do something. despite his respect given to people, he still has trouble with obeying and following rules without even noticing.

powers.

> positive - electrical transportation, he is able to transport himself through any sort of electricity connected to each other. wires are easiest to use.

> elemental - electrokinesis, the power to create and manipulate electricity/lightning. it's a bit hard to control the velocity of it without training, and because of his ADHD, it caused him to excite the electricity, causing it to permanently scar his hands once.

> negative - psionic blasts, the power to send out powerful blasts out of his hands. these are usually accompanied by his electricity, creating a wide-spread shock to multiple persons. the side effect is that he can be a bit, well let's say as if he had taken a huge amount of anesthesia.

illnesses. ADHD, and ODD. He had ODD before the radiation, and ADHD was given to his after. his ADHD often affects his electricity abilities, causing him to sometimes create electricity uncontrollably.

history. hisato had a past of ODD, having the trouble of obeying rules made by his parents at first, then his school. he often argued with his parents or authority, never really meaning to come off as hostile, but he told himself what he was arguing about was always correct. he one day went to the sanctuary before the explosion ever occurred to get a regular checkup with a psychiatrist about his symptoms. during his visit, the explosion happened and hisato was electrified by one of the machines there. he would have been dead from the explosion, but the electrification somehow kept his heart beating by the shock, combined with the radiation changing him. he was found by the doctors and taken to one of the rooms. he was diagnosed with ADHD because of his impatient, and defiant behavior towards the doctors right away. they did tests on him because of the radiation leak, and soon put into a cell with the level 2 patients because of his electricity that was triggered by his ADHD at first. his other two were figured out after one of his attempts to escape.
