personality. evelynn outward is quite the sarcastic and sassy patient. she likes to be independent in her works since she's used to it. she's highly educated, making her pretty intelligent. evelynn also is very hard-working, and won't give up easily. she still is kind to people as long as they aren't trying to control her like the people at the sanctuary. although she isn't very good at having fun, since she never really was able to do it, she's loyal to her friends as long as they return that to her. however, despite all of this feisty outwards appearance, evelynn is pretty depressed inside. she's lonely and has trouble finding things that are fun and interest her quite often. however, she is able to find anything adventurous and risky exciting. she might be seen as a spunky adventurous type, but once that moment burns up, she'll be sulking in her blanket burrito the rest of the day. 

positive - cat-like features, ability to see in the dark like a feline, as well as cat-like reflexes.

elemental - umbrakinesis, the power to create and manipulate darkness. her hands will be covered with darkness up midway below her elbow when using it. she can use blasts of purple-like dark energy balls and control shadows. 

negative - claw projection/protrusion, the power to extend and retract sharp claws from her nails.  her side effect is that the longer her claws are out, she may become unable to tell reality and fantasy apart, and often begins acting like an actual cat. 

illnesse(s). depression, ODD 

history. evelynn was born into a strict and stubborn family. her parents never wanted anything bad for her though, in fact, they wanted the absolute best for her. evelynn always had the worry of keeping her grades up often, causing her to have depression. she often was not able to hang out with her friends and was always put under stress. during the summer, she had more free time, although still studied. she was able to volunteer at a cat shelter because of her love for animals, wanting to help them. one day, she had found a strange black cat, with a mutated leg. she took it in, checking it over before it bit her in fear, escaping soon later. evelynn treated her wound and did not think much of it until later the radiation got to her. it gave her cat-like abilities, and she was able to control darkness. she soon developed ODD, and began defying her parents a lot. her behavior changed so suddenly. her parents were furious, confused, and terrified all at once. what had happened to there almost perfect daughter? one day they had tried talking to her about it, which resulted in evelynn using her darkness manipulation to cover herself with shadows as well as her parents to escape the house. their parents were mortified. they found the sanctuary and called them about these strange occurrences. the sanctuary did not say much besides paying a visit. they came in the house one day and took evelynn away, causing her to use her claw protrusion, making her act in feline-like ways. that was the last they saw of their daughter after she was taken. they felt horrible and wanted to help evelynn, trying to call the sanctuary who only responded with saying she needed to stay longer since it was serious.
