appearance. heather has a rounded face and angled, blue eyes with long wavy blonde hair that falls down her back. she has light skin and small features, as well as being slightly above average height.

accessories/scars. heather often wears a silver nose ring after she got her nose pierced when she was drunk. she also has round sunglasses she wears all the time when in a sunny area, and a black beanie she basically lives in. she has a few scars on her right palm where a bottle was smashed in her grip.

powers.
positive - hyalokinesis. she can create and manipulate glass of various colours, making shapes or items out of it as well as firing out small pieces of it. she can also create marbles of glass.
element - toxikinesis. she can manipulate and create poisons and venom. she is able to shoot venom out of her hands, poison foods or drinks, as well as coat things in venom. she isn't immune to poisons or venom though, but she is more resilient than others. the toxins she creates can do various things, e.g. kill, force someone to sleep, paralyse, stop healing or more.
negative - necrogenesis. she makes whatever she touches wither, rot and weaken, whether she wants to or not. she can also sense when death is near. because of this, she often wears gloves - she also frequently attempts to 'drink away' the touch, since often when she's drunk or similar the touch doesn't work as well.

personality. heather is always pretty anxious, fidgeting a lot. she's paranoid, and always doubts herself. however, she doesn't like being alone and is very social, even if she's faking being happy a lot of the time. she drinks, smokes and similar a lot, and when she does she can lose her anxiety and is very carefree. she loves to dance and can always be slightly spacey.

past. heather was born into a pretty rich family. she had a younger sister, though the two didn't talk, and was always popular in school. as she grew, she was always a little anxious and paranoid. as soon as she was old enough, she started partying and drinking, even before she was old enough. it was during one of those drunk parties, when heather was seventeen, she went into the forest. she picked a berry and ate it, unknowingly giving herself powers with the radiation. she realised she had her powers two days later, when she held her father's hand and he decayed under her touch. she ran, trying to find any solution and drinking more, and while at another party discovered her other powers. heather called herself into the sanctuary as soon as she found out about them, fearing her powers.
