appearance. elsie is fair and short, with long dark brown hair that's usually tied into a ponytail or other updo. she has eyes a lighter shade of brown, and her figure is also very small. she usually dresses as smartly as she can, and wears limited amounts of makeup.

accessories/scars. elsie doesn't have any scars, nor does she wear a lot of jewellery as it can distract from the rest of her look. however, she often wears stud earrings and does own a silver locket she rarely takes off, one which is often hidden beneath her shirt and contains a picture of her ex-boyfriend.

personality. elsie is usually relatively fair. however, she does put her work before everything else, including relationships and often her own health. she can get obsessive over her projects, especially when she believes them to be beneficial to the world. when she's not working, though, she is fun to be around and has a good sense of humour. however, she's definitely a workaholic.

past. elsie was born to two scientists in the repopulation project, who she hardly saw because they were always too busy. she excelled at school from a young age, and always wanted to follow her in her parents' footsteps and work at the sanctuary. as soon as she was old enough, she visited each weekend to understand what was happening there. a fascination grew with the whole project, and she aimed to join the whole project as high up personnel. while on one of the tours, she met a boy. the two got closer, and eventually, they started dating. they then got engaged two years later, but only a few days later there was an explosion in one of the sanctuaries and he was there. he went missing, and from then on elsie kept his photo in her locket. she let science overtake her life, and when she got the job as a scientist there, she kept working until she became head of testing. she still works hard and enjoys her job a lot.
