appearance. millennia is pale, with striking blue eyes that hold the depths of the oceans and curly red hair that falls just past her shoulders. her face is rounded and her lips thin.

accessories/scars. millennia has a silver diamond ring on her ring finger at all times. she sometimes wears other jewellery, but not lots. she has a bullet wound scar on her right shoulder.

powers.
positive - chronokinesis. she can rewind time, as well as speed it up, for both her personally and her surroundings. she can also freeze it temporarily. however, she doesn't have much control over this.
element - cryokinesis. she can control and manipulate ice, mainly from her hands. she can't control it well, though, and it spreads from her touch.
negative - enhanced senses. she has much stronger senses than the normal human, except they're easily overwhelmed, whether with light or loud noises.

personality. millennia tries to be kind, even though she often fails. she's good at bottling up emotions, having done it for most of her life, except that then led to her powers flaring up whenever she gets emotional. she has some trust issues, commitment issues and love issues. and issues in general. millennia prefers to be alone, remaining in her 'room' for long periods of time, and is quite creative.

past. millennia was born to nieve and andrei belacqua, and she had one older brother, ciaran. her mother was a scientist employed at sanctuary 038 and her father was an american politician. neither were particularly open-minded, and millennia often stayed with her brother. when she went to school, she met a girl, erin. the two became fast friends and were inseparable, often spending the nights at each others houses. millennia confessed how she felt stifled around her parents, and erin said the same. at fourteen, they shared their first kiss, and millennia kept it a secret from her parents. she and ciaran were still close, and one night he noticed them together. he offered his support, and the two were happy. a year later, they were out together and went swimming. unknown to them both, the water was radiated, and they were given powers. terrified, millennia stifled hers, while erin used them every excuse she could. millennia knew she should tell her mother, growing up with stories about those with powers being evil and unnatural, but she didn't. when they were sixteen, erin convinced her to elope and the pair ran away to get married (after some convincing from erin). during the wedding, armed men from the sanctuary came in. millennia was shot in the shoulder and ran, but couldn't find erin after. in her attempt to search for her love, millennia surrendered herself to the sanctuary and was taken to sanctuary 001.
