accessories/scars. alexa has no jewelry, etc.; however she does has a black dragon tattoo on her left shoulder, which can often be seen when wearing her tank tops. she has a scar as well in the same spot as the dragon tattoo (so it's more covered up) from one of her missions as a cop.

appearance. alexa has light cocoa brown skin with sleek, smooth and straight dark brown hair. her almond, cat-like eyes are a pale blue color that light up when she uses her powers. she is average height, and quite muscular after her months of training in the police force, as well as years in different martial arts classes. she has a distinct jawline with a angular chin, a striahgt nose, plump lips, and thick, dark eyebrows.

personality. alexa seeks justice, fairness and freedom; that's why she chose to be a police officer. she's a tough cookie all around, and has developed a taste for being sassy over the time in the sanctuary. however, her schizophrenia has taken a toll on her and causes frequent anxiety attacks or confusion when it gets too crazy, but she's learning to trust them when they warn certain dangerous situations. alexa is playful and humorous, but will take a job seriously without question when it's needed; due to her past in the police force. she's lost her trust in the government of course, but still believes in a better future for her country; the newfound powers only giving her a sense of strength and family as she connects with the other patients.

powers.

positive - danger intuition; the power to sense danger if it's near, however instead of a simple feeling, she usually has voices instructing her.

elemental - cryokinesis; the ability to create and manipulate ice.

negative - dimensional portal creation; the ability to create portals as either a safe space for a short while where she is unable to be harmed or seen, or to travel through them (at a limited distance for now). her eyes light up blue whenever she uses this. the negative side effect is that she can get stuck in an alternate dimension if she stays too long, or end up going insane.

illnesse(s). schizophrenia; developed as a side effect of her power. it can be useful for her danger intuition, but otherwise it does cause problems.

short history. alexa grew up a rather perfect childhood/teen-hood, she had a group of friends she stuck with, good academic grades, a boyfriend for a short period of time, and especially excelled in sports. having a passion for justice, she chose to go down the route of training as a police officer. that's when her martial arts classes came in handy especially. however, while out on patrol one day, a call came in from the blast at the sanctuary near the white house. she was brought along for experience, but came too close and got exposed from trying to save one of the scientists caught in the rubble. a few weeks later, she developed schizophrenia, constantly hearing voices speaking to her; sometimes even warning her of things that were about to happen. finally, she was told to take a short leave from her duty, and went to a psychiatrist who was puzzled about her illness. finally, after speaking with some coworkers, she figured out that alexa must have been exposed to the blast after her history with it. thus, she was taken to the sanctuary and has discovered the rest of her hidden powers.

extra notes.

- took martial arts classes, and basically grew up with them when she was younger. karate, taekwondo, and bjj were her top three. however, mixed martial arts was taught to her later in life.

- tends to keep calm since she's one of the older patients compared to the multiple teenagers jdfksdsd

- throws in a few witty/sassy remarks from time to time for humor

- but can get pretty serious fast when it's needed
