lilah andrade.

rank. level 2 patient age. seventeen gender. female

accessories/scars. accessories are lilah's best friends. she's often seen with beaded necklaces, or her favorite one with a pretty green stone attached as a pendent. earrings and bracelets are prominent on her too.

appearance. lilah is a tall and lanky girl with honey-golden brown skin. she has soft, curly cinnamon brown hair that reaches a bit below her shoulders. she often wears her hair parted to the side, with it either half tied back, or some of it braided. she has bright, large eyes with a hazel-green color, and dark soft-arched eyebrows. lilah has a round face, pointed chin and high cheekbones as well.

personality. lilah is a very casual and laid-back person. she doesn't really make enemies easily, but neither friends too. some find her too strange, but she's developed a friend group fortunately that share a similar personality. quirky, honest, free-spirited and independent, lilah doesn't really care what others think of her at this point since they all share the fact they have powers.

powers.

positive - sleep inducement, the ability to cause someone to be drowsy or to fall asleep.

elemental - neokinesis, the power to manipulate neons. it isn't much help in a fight though, unless you want to blind someone. she usually uses this for fun.

negative - luck manipulation, the power to manipulate someone's luckiness or unluckiness; negative affect is that if she causes someone to be unlucky, it will affect her as well for a long period of time; although depending on her reactions she can save herself from being terribly harmed/killed by manipulating her own luck.

illnesses. narcolepsy

short history. lilah grew up in the less wealthy parts of the city, sharing a small apartment with her larger family. going to school was really her only way to get her family out, but she hated the one she attended. it was filled to the brim with loud, noisy teenagers who didn't seem to care about their education. lilah soon grew into the shadows, staying in the background out of all the trouble and drama. her grades were alright, but everything went downhill when she started getting bullied. a certain time, a group of her tormentors followed her home from school, causing lilah to run off a different direction from them. she ended up getting exposed to the sanctuary's dump at one of the back alleyways. during the couple of weeks afterwards, she unknowingly caused bad luck on her bullies, although it effected her as well slightly causing the bullying to increase. later, she was found running off again, discovering her neon powers and playing around with it; which lead to a report to the police and her being taken to the sanctuary. lilah doesn't remember much about her family who's deathly worried for her, because of the slight memory wiping the sanctuary did, and just seems to chill and enjoy living there compared to her memories of being bullied.
