rank. level 2 patient age. eighteen gender. male

accessories/scars. carlo often wears some sort of earrings, or maybe just one on the side. sometimes he'll also put on a few of his favorite silver rings too for the fun of it.

appearance. carlo is quite tall with a few areas built with leaner muscle. he has beige colored skin and curly, dark brown hair with thick dark eyebrows. his eyes are often droopy; although almond shaped with a dark chocolate color; almost black looking. he has a prominent jawline and thick, plump lips, with tan freckles dotting his face.

personality. carlo is cunning, intelligent, and crafty; however, also childish and arrogant. he likes to put himself on a pedestal compared to others, although that most likely stems from him suddenly not getting the attention he was so used to, and ultimately feeling worthless. although he is quite irritating to most, he will stick up for his friends no matter what; and is extremely loyal, as well as caring deep down. truly insecure inside, he puts down others to feel better about himself, but tries his best to make the people that like him feel happy by cracking jokes around them.

powers.

positive - enhanced reflexes, the ability to have quicker reflexes than that of a normal human being.

elemental - audiokinesis, the power to manipulate and create different sounds.

negative - power absorption, the power to absorb someone else's power and use it for a short period of time. the negative effect is that he cannot use any of his other powers once it's over for a while.

illnesses. mild narcissism

short history. carlo came from an upper-class, more wealthy background. his parents had italian blood in them, and ran a business that was passed down from each of their family's generations. carlo was in training to take over the business once he was older, and often pampered for it and spoiled. this resulted in his more self-centered behaviour. he had gotten his powers/abilities from a short business trip his father was on to Washington D.C, which he was to come along for experience. unfortunately, he somehow got exposed to the chemicals, most likely through some sort of food, then shortly after developing his powers. at first he kept it a good secret for a while, and soon got even more cocky with them. after wandering down the streets as his father was in a meeting, he picked a fight with someone to test out his reflexes, winning in the end. unfortunately for him, someone had called the police on the street fight, and they were both taken in for questioning. soon the sanctuary workers were called in to test if he really did have powers, and was thereafter taken to the sanctuary; his parents still searching for him and furious with the police that they couldn't "do much about it".
