Destiny is Korean. She has double lids, her eyes are brown. Her skin is pretty much flawlessly clear, and quite light in color. She is about 5’2” tall, and weighs about 111 pounds. Though her hair is naturally black, she likes to dye it different, lighter colors, such as light pink, light brown, or even blond on occasion.

Current Hair Style:

Personality: Destiny has a light and happy energy about her. She is able to energize a room just by walking into it. She is normally always smiling, and it isn’t for others, it is always for herself. She tends to be very animated and involved in whatever is happening, but on the off chance that she is focusing on something else, she seems to be absent and sad, even if she is just tired or thinking about something else. This can cause people to think she is upset with them, even if she is just thinking about what she wants for lunch.
Destiny is a social butterfly. She has a knack at making friends easily, but this can cause those who haven’t interacted with her before to dislike her. She tries to treat everyone like she would treat her friends, not wanting to judge people before she’s become friends with them.
Although she is very kind to everyone, she can be quite savage to those who don’t get along with her, and her friends. She is a prank master. If someone teases her, she will always escalate it, and her closest friends find it kinda scary sometimes. She doesn’t take teasing or insults from others either. For those who don’t know her well and are on the same power level as she is, or lower, she constantly tries to prove them wrong about her in her everyday life. However, if they are higher up on the power chain than she is, she won’t hesitate to mess with them back, whether it be pointing out bad personality traits or habits of the offender, or by being disrespectful back to them, she always has to one-up them. She has a hard time sitting still and taking insults from those with more power than she has.
To most people she goes by Destiny. Mirae is used only by those who know the most about her, such as her siblings or those in charge of her testing, and “Des” is used by those closest to her, such as her siblings and most trusted friends.

Magic

Positive

Destiny can affect probabilities of things happening around her, within reason. The larger the thing, the harder it is to affect. For instance, it is easier to affect the probability that she will get dessert with dinner, than it is for her to affect the probability for her to grow wings and fly. Whereas the first example can be done almost instantly, the second example will almost never happen as it requires a lot more power. Basically, the more she has to change the probability, the harder it is for her to do.
Destiny also has enhanced intelligence. She can easily learn new concepts that may take years of study within just a few days. She is also good at connecting the dots and noticing things that others don’t notice, and using those to figure out things about people, events, and the world around her.

Element
Destiny can control and manipulate wind. She is able to use wind in various ways, everything from causing a small gust of wind to fix her hair or cool her off on a hot day, to creating small tornadoes. She isn’t sure the extent of her powers as of yet, as she hasn’t used them a ton, but in theory she can create EF-1 tornadoes.

Negative
Destiny can teleport short distances (ie. she can’t teleport across the world or the galaxy, but she can likely teleport across town); however, for every meter she teleports, she has to rest for about 3 seconds per person. She is frozen for that amount of time, and cannot move. The equation ends up being P x D x 3 = T (People x Distance (in meters) x 3 (seconds) = Time Frozen (in seconds)). It isn’t the biggest deal most of the time, but if she tries to go long distances, she may remain frozen for long periods of time. She can be moved and manipulated during her time frozen, which means she can be hurt or killed with no way to defend herself while she is frozen. She cannot talk or respond to any stimuli, but she does see and hear everything going on around her in that time.
She can also manipulate dreams. Depending on how many people she is manipulating the dreams of and for how long she is manipulating the dreams for, her own dreams become plagued with severe nightmares for longer amounts of time, sometimes to the point where she will choose not to sleep in order to avoid the nightmares. If the nightmares go on for too long and are too intense, the nightmares cross over into her waking hours in the forms of hallucinations. It has only ever gotten to this point once, however.

Illnesses:

ADHD (non hyperactive)
Destiny’s brain works differently than the normal brain. She has a hard time focusing on one specific task unless she enjoys it, in which case she will hyper fixate on the task at hand. She feels the need to talk through everything, and she gets very excited about things she’s passionate about.

Bipolar I Disorder
Characterized by the episodes of depression and mania. Depressive episodes last anywhere from a few days to three weeks, and tend to cause her to be less motivated to do things that she normally loves doing. They may be accompanied by suicidal thoughts, and thoughts of inadequacy. Mania episodes tend to last anywhere from a day or two to about a week. During mania episodes, she feels like she can do anything, and she tends to get more reckless with her actions and words. There are also periods where she isn’t affected by either, and those periods tend to take up most of her time. Depressive episodes tend to be triggered by some form of past trauma or emotional baggage being brought up, and they are always followed by mania episodes.

PTSD
From a lifetime of being tested on, Destiny has some PTSD triggers. Though most of them she just ends up being put into a negative headspace, some cause her to activate her fight or flight instincts at random, or send her into a full on depressive episode from her Bipolar.

History: Destiny was also grown in a test tube and given both a Korean name and an American nickname upon creation. She is very close to her siblings. Because she is ethnically Korean, she chose to learn Korean from a young age, and is fluent in both English and Korean.
