ruby has an athletic and tall build, with luscious long, wavy brown locks. she has a strong facial structure, with feline-like, pale-green eyes and peachy, fair skin. she's usually wearing a long, dark cloak with a hood because she's dramatic and extra, plus it holds all her guns and weapons inside. sometime's she'll opt for wearing a baseball cap as well when out in public to hide her face better though. fingerless leather gloves are her go-tos as well.

ruby is a very assertive, and commanding person, who often goes off doing spontaneous things for her own pleasure, and has taken a liking to flirting for the fun of it. being apathetic and undisciplined, ruby in general, to be blunt, doesn't give a shit about most things and does what she likes when she wants. she's arrogant, and cocky, and doesn't flinch at pulling the trigger on someone. manipulative and cunning, ruby can appear to be intimidating to people, and likes it that way; which all the more feeds to her overconfident demeneor.

illness: sociopathic tendencies, pretty much has an addiction to all things that bring her excitement/adrenaline rushes

ruby grew up in a pretty terrible household. she lived with her divorced mother, and uncle, never really knowing who her father was. both her mother and her brother were heavy drinking addicts and often went into illegal businesses regarding drugs. overtime ruby grew more aggressive and built up walls around herself because of the abuse from the adults in her home. childhood trauma grew into sociopathic tendencies and stuck with her throughout high school. she was expelled from school during her senior year because of the number of times she was found bringing drugs/alcohol/cigarettes into school. although intelligent enough, she didn't continue her education, and instead went down the rabbit-hole her uncle had dragged her mother in as well: for money, power, and the distraction away from stress. skip forward some years, ruby earned a pretty good sum of money from her illegal trading, as well as a gambling addiction. one day when she lost almost all her earnings in a gamble, she got into a fight and was beat up over her over-cocky attitude since she owed them money. running off, she got her powers from some radioactive dump in the backstreets. once the gang found her in her apartment, asking for the money, she used her powers to stop the guns they used and ultimately defeating them in the fight. now, she's cheated and gone overboard with her powers in the gambling industry; staying hidden from police and the government because of her years of experience already doing so.  

elemental: ferrokinesis, or the ability to manipulate metal.
positive: phasing, the power to go through physical matter; disappear one millisecond and reappear another without being injured. she usually uses this to dodge attacks, but can also go through walls although that takes more energy. if she has enough energy, she can quickly phase through the air, and appear to dash from one spot to another; although it's a short distance and used for dodging and attacking.
oplokinesis: the power to manipulate and create guns. whenever she creates one, it can cause small internal bleeding, headaches, blurry vision or vertigo. often stores them in her coat or creates them for her fellow villain members.

extra info:
- an unhealthy addiction to smoking, gambling, and drinking if you couldn't tell already
- flirts to get out of situations, or for teasing, but also just because she enjoys seeing the look on people's faces
- does put a lot of effort into her appearance and will complain for 30 minutes straight about a broken nail after a skirmish
- the definition of "don't talk to strangers" she's wearing a coat with rlly bad things inside which she often offers to her teammates. might bring candy, so you never know if it's that, a bottle of vodka or a gun.
- radiates alpha bitch energy, kind of annoying but will take you on fun adventures if your'e not annoying back to her
- because she's so tall, she will look down on you and tease ur height, srry not srry
