appearance. evan is pale, with thick blonde hair that he usually takes to style differently everyday. he has a sharp jawline and droopy green eyes. he is quite tall, standing at about six feet two inches, and is lanky, weighing only around one hundred and twenty pounds. he doesn't have very much muscle, except for the slightest showing of abs.
accessories and scars. evan has a classic skater boy aesthetic, usually wearing loose t-shirts tucked into baggy jeans paired with the typical black converse shoes. his staple addition to any outfit is a fashionable bucket hat. he wears quite a bit of jewelry, his most worn being a long silver cross necklace. he also has a silver nose piercing and a large, circular black earring on his right ear. he has many scars across his body from his poisonous blood.

personality. evan, at first glance, can seem quite arrogant. he carries himself with confidence and pride and is always shooting underhanded remarks. he's well aware of his own abilities and isn't afraid to show it off. however, once you really get to know him, you can find that he isn't too much of an arrogant bastard. he really just doesn't know what he wants to do with his life, and has many uncertainties about his current living situation and how to handle his powers. but, evan classifies indecisiveness as weak, so he is always sure to carry himself with dignity and flaunt how charismatic he is. he enjoys surrounding himself with people, despite have a very dry and sarcastic humor and often scaring away any possible new friends. he is not looking for a relationship anytime soon - commitment is not something in his vocabulary but he does find himself with partners just for the sex. he can easily flirt with anyone and keep a conversation going, but relationships are much harder than friendships and he simply can't commit to such a thing, at least not now. despite what some people might call plain rudeness, evan is really just looking to vibe. he's always down for new adventures and enjoys teaching his friends how to skate.

powers.
supernatural reflexes. evan has drastically better reflexes and reaction time than what is thought to be naturally possible. this means that, although not actually being able to see into the future, he can predict attacks and easily dodge even a bullet coming towards him, but can also accomplish more simple tasks such as knowing that an object is going to fall off a shelf and quickly going to catch it. along with this he also has a synchronized body and mind, in which his body matches the speed of his mind.
cryokinesis. evan can create, shape, and manipulate ice and all things cold. he can't necessarily control water, but any other form such as snow, slush, hail, icicles, and frost is included in the package. he can do many things with this power, such as create ice tunnels, make things colder or freeze things entirely, and create temporary tools or constructs out of ice. however his favorite thing to do for fun is the act of cryostasis, in which evan can turn objects, animals, and even smaller, more vulnerable humans to ice. basically, with a flick of his wrist he can capture his target into a block of ice. with this he often then throws the block into water to watch it thaw back to life, but it doesn't always work and can sometimes shatter his target to pieces.
poisonous blood. evan's blood contains poisons that can severely burn or infect anything it touches. if someone were to touch his blood or even inhale the scent of his blood, they would receive the effects of the toxins. this can be useful against opponents in which he can cut himself and give himself an advantage as it makes them more vulnerable. while his blood cannot kill, it can still cause severe pain. however, evan is not immune to the poisons in his blood. while he isn't effected as extremely as others, even a small paper cut can cause a permanent scar on his fingerprint.
